| C'est voila.
Super Livi just posted her first post on crafty like ice is cold.
I know you've been anticipating this moment for basically most of your
lives... so go check it out subscribe, tell your friends, buy a vowel.
And Catie, despite is a word, but not in the context you are so fond of. | | |
| Okay.. Myspace isn't really my friend.
I would get a real blog, but... I'm too lazy to figure out how to incorporate movable type or something of the like.
Soo I've reverted to Xanga. Except this one will only be for extremely
dorky-yet-still-awesome crafty-type stuff I do. So only check it out if
you like that kind of stuff.
There's really nothing there
yet, but check back and I may be able to steal someone's camera to add
some super-amazing funk-da-crazing ultra-glazing pictures of my
creative ventures.
Yay.

| Thank you, Maria, for that brilliant Idea.
I got a myspace.
Mainly because it seemed like less of a comittment.
I even alphabetized all my favorite bands.
But look for a real, live, "I'm too cool for a free blog hosting site",
website in the future ('future' as is several years from now).
And if you were making bets on how long I'd be able to stay away, I'm
sorry. I will probably still post here when I feel so inspired.
So kids, pretend you're hillarious.... something something something, and always, always email Livi. Except don't. Leave me comments instead.

| Xanga...
you disenchant me.
Arrivederci.

| Mae/Mute Math/Circa Survive concert last night = awesome
This may surprise quite a few of you, what with my major indie rock
image (pfft only when I'm not feeling lazy) and all, but I have never
been to concert in a dark, atmospheric club. I've been to a Run DMC
concert, a Three Dog Night Concert, a KC and The Sunshine Band concert,
and an America concert, yes, but those were all outdoors, annnd with my
parents so I wasn't rushing the stage that much.
The Gypsy Tea Room is wonderful. When Mute Math (the lead singer played
a key-tar solo and it was pretty much the coolest thing I'd ever seen
in my life) was finished and the
set-up people were... setting up, Kyley and I got as close to the stage
as we could without getting beaten up.
Being that close to the stage is dangerous. During the half hour that I was up there I:
got into a shoving match with some guy and got thrown into a bunch of people had a crowd surfer dropped on my head. twice.had beer spilled on me
had a guitar pick kicked out of my hands saw Jordan Martin moshing But
even with all that, it was rather wonderful. I bought a Mae shirt
because I'm a groupie/lemming. I tried to take pictures, but they all
turned out rather crappy and they were illegal anyway.

The guitarist guy. Awesome.

The lead singer and the lead guitarist. wow.

The bassist. I tried soo hard to get a good picture of him because he was.. sullen. And that's awesome.

Kyley and me being awesome. As per usual.

Caleb looking like a pirate and Chris looking like a... Chris.
So that's all for the concert.
In other news:
My grandparents are here. I'm trying to be consistent with that article I wrote, so...
no comment.
Gibson and I may get into the Oregon Clay Festival.. and that would be the coolest thing ever.
Umm.. Merry Christmas.
